ALPHABET SCRAMBLE
TWO vs. TWO
This game is quite simple but can be confusing at the start. If you do not understand please choose a new Minigame!
Equipment:
- Deck of cards
- Table (or hard surface)
Rules:
- Both teams should split up so that one player from each team is on either side of the table facing their teammate (shown below).
- Put a deck of cards in between everyone.
- Decide what side will go first. Shown below, 1A and 1B are together and 2A and 2B are together. For this example 1A and 2A will go first.
- When everyone is ready 1A and 2A will quickly reveal the top card to the two players (1B and 2B) going first.
- Those two players have to figure out what letter is associated with the number and be the first player to shout out a word that starts with that letter.
- For example:
- If they see a 6, the letter “F” is the 6th letter of the alphabet and so the first player to yell out a word that starts with an “F” like “FARMER” wins that round.
- Ace’s are 1’s (which would be an “A”), Jacks are 11, Queens are 12, Kings are 13. No joker!
- Once someone yells out a word and gets it right. That team gets a point.
- Repeat with the other side now. If you want it to be funny, try playing very quick!
- The team who gets 5 points first wins!
